Orders and Payment

• Orders are processed through Shopify. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order due to product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or other errors affecting an order.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Products

• We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph GO LABS products. Product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, photography, displays, and normal production variation.
• Measurements identified as approximate are provided for general reference and should not be interpreted as exact manufacturing tolerances.
• Collectible cards, graded slabs, holders, packs, and other collectibles shown in product photography are for demonstration purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated.

Compatibility and Use

• GO LABS products are designed for display purposes. Compatibility information is based on the formats and products we have tested.
• Collectors should use reasonable care when placing, removing, or displaying valuable items. GO LABS is not responsible for damage to cards, slabs, holders, collectibles, furniture, or other property resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, accidents, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.

Shipping and Delivery

• Processing and estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Returns page.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Eligible products may be returned within the stated return period subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Intellectual Property

The GO LABS name, branding, product designs, website content, graphics, photographs, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to GO LABS and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Website Information

• We make reasonable efforts to keep information on ShopGoLabs.com accurate and current. However, occasional errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content, product information, pricing, or availability at any time.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GO LABS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Communications

• If you choose to join our email list, you consent to receive marketing communications from GO LABS. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.
• Order confirmations, shipping notices, customer-service communications, and other transactional messages related to your purchases are separate from marketing communications.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
